The Eagle Has Landed

On the eve of my first born's 18th birthday, I am saying good-bye. That time is gone. Was it another life?  I am done "reminding" .... Done! He has applied to college.  He has finished his Eagle Scout requirements.  He is done.  Done with being a boy.  Gosh he is a good one. I am so proud.  I am so thankful to be Jack's mom.  Simple.  That is all I have to say.  The eagle has landed.  Mission accomplished.
