I have already won. Yes, it was looking sketchy there when the plantar got all nasty and upset about 16 weeks out... but with help and advice from a lot of people and the magic bullet (for this go around) called acupuncture, today I ran my final run and felt GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love running. I am so thankful I can run. I don't even care what my time is next Sunday. It is going to be so hard and so sweet.
The only part I could really do without is carbo loading, but I will.....
And, I will show up healthy and ready... unless I get the strep that is going around school. Oh, the marathon! Oh, the journey that unfolds.
The only thing left now is to just hope that it is my day.
