From the Inside Out

I am not one to have a bucket list.   It seems that things fall in my lap and I realize that for most people this is something they have always wanted to do or see.  Not me.  But, when I am there or experiencing that, it is life changing.  Yellowstone National Park was no exception.   I had no clue the wonders that were in store for us as we started our journey this July. 

I wouldn't call it a religious experience.  I didn't feel in awe of the creator as I so had expected to.   I was too busy processing the creation and its ability to make itself new in a time frame so slow yet so master planned.  I wish I were that gifted writer who could translate the emotion and raw feelings that churned in my soul as I saw the earth change from the inside out right before my eyes.  

If you are one to have a bucket list, make sure seeing Yellowstone is on it.  If you are not, go anyway.
